Booked nights = 365 x occupancy. Changeovers = booked nights / average stay, and cleaning is charged per changeover. Platform commission is a percentage of gross. The management fee is a percentage of gross after platform commission, and VAT is added on top of the management fee. Council tax, utilities, miscellaneous and rent / mortgage are monthly figures.
